Carolyn Denny, CPA — Managing Partner

Carolyn has over 20 years assisting business clients with her hands-on knowledge of accounting, operations, human resources, security, purchasing and administrative issues. She also possesses expertise in tax planning, tax regulations, and representation before the taxing authorities for individuals, entities, estates, and trusts. Carolyn lives in Valencia.

Matthew Denny, CPA, PFS

Matthew brings 25 years experience in accounting information systems and other IT areas, as well as a broad range of experience in accounting, training, and wealth management services. He is the firm’s financial services partner, and through Northstar Financial Services, Inc., a registered investment advisor, provides financial planning and insurance services for our clients including management of client investment portfolios. He lives in Valencia with his wife, Roslyn, and son, John.
